Engineering firm relocates to Northeastside - Performance Services, an engineering and construction company with expertise involving institutional and healthcare customers, has completed purchase of a 40,000-square-foot office building near 96th Street and Gray Road on the Northeastside. The two-story building, on a four-acre site, will serve as the new corporate headquarters for the staff of 47. It formerly housed CP Morgan. The company is relocating from the Northwestside. Ambrose Property Group handled the transaction.

Performance Services Inc. purchased a 40,000-square-foot office building near 96th Street and Gray Road on the northeast side of the city for an undisclosed amount. The engineering and construction firm will use the two-story building as its corporate headquarters. Aasif Bade of Ambrose Property Group represented the seller, North Haven LLC.
