Kyle Powell, Vice President, Brokerage
Kyle Powell primarily focuses on tenant and landlord representation in the industrial sector. Kyle’s negotiating style and his highly detailed and organized approach to each deal have been fine-tuned through his participation in numerous transactions of varying size and difficulty. Since his start in 2006, Kyle has performed lease and sale transactions in excess of 1.6 million SF valued at just over $35 million. Prior to joining Ambrose, Kyle was an industrial broker with Cassidy Turley responsible for leasing two high-profile industrial portfolios. Kyle received his Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship from Indiana University Bloomington. Kyle and his wife, Kristi, have twin daughters.
