Joe Lonnemann, Vice President, Brokerage
Joe Lonnemann focuses primarily on landlord representation. Through day-to-day interaction, he helps local and regional property owners, develop plans to maximize the return on their real estate investments. Joe is an expert in finding, negotiating, and completing lease/sale transactions of all types and sizes. Prior to joining Ambrose, Joe was a vice president at Halakar Real Estate and previously a vice president at Colliers Turley Martin Tucker. He has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 10 years and has transacted over 1,000 office, industrial, and healthcare lease/sales.

Joe received his Bachelors of Science in Economics from Wabash College. He has coached football at St. Pius X for six years and is an active member of the Phi Delta Theta, Indiana Beta Alumni Advisory Board. Joe is also a regular volunteer for the March of Dimes and Cystic Fibrosis Foundations.
