Aasif M. Bade
As president of Ambrose Property Group, a privately held commercial real estate firm, Aasif M. Bade focuses primarily on long range planning, capital raising, customer relationships, and business development. Prior to founding Ambrose, he spent several years with Duke Realty Corporation (DRE:NYSE), a $10 Billion Real Estate Investment Trust. Aasif has completed more than $500 Million in commercial real estate transactions including new development, leasing, tenant representative brokerage, and other assignments. Aasif received his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate from the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University Bloomington and completed the Harvard Business School Executive Education Program. Aasif is involved at board or volunteer level with numerous community organizations including the YMCA, New Tech High, Common Goal Mentoring, Techpoint Foundation for Youth, and the Indiana University Benecki Center for Real Estate Studies.
Patrick M. Chittenden, Vice President
Patrick M. Chittenden has extensive experience in the construction and development of commercial sites. He manages the day-to-day operations of Ambrose Property Group and oversees development, brokerage, and marketing projects. Patrick received his Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University Bloomington. He serves on the boards of the Entrepreneurship Advancement Center and the Fishers Soccer Club.
Brian Metallic, Vice President, Finance
Brian Metallic is responsible for raising debt and equity capital for Ambrose acquisitions and development projects. Prior to joining Ambrose, he served as vice president of capital at Lauth Group for 19 years. Brian has closed more than $1 billion in commercial real estate transactions where product types have included office, industrial, healthcare, retail and land. Brian received both his Bachelor of Arts in Biology and his Masters of Business Administration in Finance from Indiana University Bloomington.
