Aasif M. Bade, President

As president of Ambrose Property Group, a privately held commercial real estate firm. Aasif M. Bade focuses primarily on long range planning, capital raising, customer relationships, and business development. Prior to founding Ambrose, he spent several years with Duke Realty Corporation (DRE:NYSE), a $10 Billion Real Estate Investment Trust. Aasif has completed more than $500 Million in commercial real estate transactions including new development, leasing, tenant representative brokerage, and other assignments. Aasif received his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate from the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University Bloomington and completed the Harvard Business School Executive Education Program. Aasif is involved at the board or volunteer level with numerous community organizations including the YMCA, New Tech High School, Common Goal Mentoring, Techpoint Foundation for Youth, and the Indiana University Benecki Center for Real Estate Studies.
